1. Thirty days prior to the event,
Sonoma must be notified of your menu selections.
2. Five days prior to the event, Sonoma must be
notified of the number of guests expected to attend the
event.
This number shall be the "guaranteed minimum."
A $100.00 Room charge will be applied if count is under
15 people.
3. In order to hold a specific date for an event,
a signed terms of agreement and deposit are required.
Final payment will be cash, credit card or money order.
NO checks.
4. Quotations cannot be guaranteed until 6 months
prior to the event,
except seafood, which cannot be guaranteed until 30 days
prior to the event.
5. No food or beverage are to be brought in from
outside sources, except wedding cake.
6. Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed by anyone
under 21 years of age.
7. Customers to provide color-coded place cards
to ensure proper service, when choice of entree is offered.
8. People arriving late for dinner will only be
served the course being served and remaining courses.
9. An applicable sales tax and 18% service charge
(or a minimum of $90.00 per server shall be guaranteed,banquet functions - $300.00 food minimum ($500.00 on Sundays)
whichever is greater) will be added to all food and beverage
services.
10. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER OR BUBBLES PERMITTED! (A
$200.00 Service Charge will be added to bill.)
11. All shower and wedding supplies that you would
like us to set-up for you, must be delivered 2 days prior
to event. 12. All shower events must not exceed 4 hours in duration. Additional hours will be charged $150.00 per hour thereafter.
13. Sonoma Grille Restaurant will not assume responsibility
for any items left in the banquet rooms during or following
the event.
14. If tax exempt, tax exempt form must be received
prior to event.
